- All-District Clinic & Concert (Day 2) December 9, 2023 at 9:00 am – 4:00 pm Herman E Utley Middle School, 1201 T L Townsend Dr, Rockwall, TX 75087, USA Students who made the RISD All-District Band will meet at Utley MS to continue rehearsing their music.
